Your money
The report is in your hands before the balance is due.
On sourcing missions that include quality control, payment follows the work. A 30% deposit starts production. The 70% balance waits until you have read the inspection report.

Smaller missions stay simple
Missions under $700 are paid upfront by secure payment link or card, after you receive your invoice — work starts as soon as payment clears.
One rule that protects every payment
Every NovaLink payment instruction must match the company invoice or approved payment link. If anything differs, verify it with NovaLink on WhatsApp before paying.
Final payment instructions are always confirmed on your Proforma Invoice or approved payment link.
We will never
- Send bank details anywhere except your Proforma Invoice or approved payment link.
- Ask you to pay a personal account — the account name always matches our registered legal name.
- Change bank details mid-mission without verification on WhatsApp.
- Pressure you to pay urgently.
On inspections: if NovaLink misses the report deadline confirmed on your Proforma, the inspection service fee is refunded — standard exclusions apply.

Every recommended factory is verified first — by us, as your representative. Seven checks, one written verdict, to a deadline confirmed on your Proforma.
Licence vs registry
The business licence the supplier shows you, matched against the official government record.
Capital, status, age
Registered capital, operating status and years in business — read from the registry, not from the sales pitch.
Litigation & debtor lists
Court records and China's dishonest-debtor lists, searched by company name and registration number.
Export record
Whether the company actually exports — and whether it exports products like yours.
Factory or trading company
Maker or middleman — we confirm who you are actually buying from.
Product fit
Whether this factory really makes what you are buying — not just something like it.
Call in Chinese
A direct conversation with the supplier in Chinese, testing the details a foreign buyer rarely can.
One written verdict, to a set deadline
You receive a clear written recommendation you can act on. The fee is credited toward a sourcing mission within 90 days.

Confirmed line by line before you sign
A DDP total is only useful when you can see what is inside it. Your final Proforma lists every cost as its own line, and we confirm each one with you before signature.
